Cosy flat in the centre of Ruzafa, the most popular and trendy district of Valencia. All you need during your stay in the city is just around the corner: bars, cafés and restaurants. The flat is in walking distance from the city centre, train and metro stations.
It's perfect for a weekend trip or longer vacations.

Ruzafa is placed just about 10 minutes from the City Hall Plaza which is a starting point for sightseeing of the city. Further away is the main square of the Old Town, Plaza de la Virgen, with numerous historical buildings, bars, and restaurants. On the way to the Old Town, Calle Colón is the place for shopping.
The Parque of Turia is the home to the famous Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (less than half an hour on foot), the main architectonic attraction of Valencia.

Rules:

We don't mind you coming back from a party at 6am and grabbing a snack in the kitchen, just be considered and respectful.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony in the living room only.
All kitchen utensils are at your disposal, just please remember to be responsible
No pets allowed, however pet owners are welcome.
No visitors allowed, i.e. no hook ups or escorts
