Das Objekt liegt in einer ruhigen Randlage von Stuttgart, mit dem Nahverkehr ist die City aber gut zu erreichen.
Dadurch ist auch das Abstellen von einem Auto kein Problem, die Innenstadt ist überwiegend Zahlungspflichtig.
